Stan Cieslukowski was born in Suwalki, Poland. After 3 years of
 intense apprenticeship, he graduated as a Goldsmith, in 1985. Working in this chosen field for many years in Poland and Austria,
he discovered that his passions are casting and finding an
ultimate alloy in each category. His striving for perfection
is reflected each day at Gold Cast.
He takes inspiration for his work from his style of living, which includes swimming, white water rafting, wing chung martial arts and spending time with his family: his wife Danuta, daughters Joanna and Julia and son Eric.

Danuta Cieslukowska was born in the South of Poland, in
a village near Krakow. She
 graduated in 1986 from
a College in Warsaw in drama and theatre studies. In the
following years, she gradually gravitated towards jewellery design. Since her arrival in Canada, her love for jewellery
has only grown stronger.
For many years, she worked in the jewellery industry and in 1993, with her husband Stan, opened Gold Cast. She decided to
compliment her artistic side with a practical pursuit in
Business Management Studies. In 2002 she graduated from Willis College of Business and Technology. Her hobbies are dancing, reading, chamber music and karate.
